The Activation Ritual

A ritual of rebirth, clarity, and the quiet power of the rise already in motion.

1. The Boil
Set your water to boil. Let it build slowly. This is not a rushed cup — the heat is part of the ritual. Let it rise the way you are rising. Steady. Inevitable.

2. The Steep
Place your tea bag in your cup. Pour the water over it slowly. Steep for 5–7 minutes. This is the part where you sit with what you've already survived. Don't rush it.

3. The Hold
Wrap both hands around the cup before you drink. Feel the warmth. This is Phoenix energy — not the explosion, but the ember. Still burning. Still becoming. Breathe in the lavender and rose before your first sip.
