Refund policy

At Moon & Mother Apothecary, every product is crafted in small batches with intention, care, and the highest quality botanicals. Because of the nature of our handcrafted goods, we have a limited return window — please read carefully before purchasing.


Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare, salves, serums, or body products
  • Candles and incense (once burned or packaging is broken)
  • Ritual tools and ceremonial items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Sale or discounted items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mia.rae@moon-and-mother.com with photos. We will make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
