Moon & Mother is an independent botanical apothecary rooted in ritual, family, and the sacred craft of slow alchemy. When you shop with us, you're not just a transaction — you're part of something intentional. We take your privacy as seriously as we take our formulations.

What We Collect & Why

Information You Give Us When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. This is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you about it.

Information Collected Automatically When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain data about your device and browsing behavior through cookies and analytics tools. This helps us understand how our site is being used so we can improve your experience.

Third-Party Services We Use

We work with a small, intentional set of tools to run our store. Each one has access only to what they need:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — Site analytics. GA4 collects anonymized data about how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, time on site, referral source). This data does not identify you personally. Google Privacy Policy
