Processing Time

All Moon & Mother products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be noted at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Moon & Mother is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at mia.rae@moon-mother.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at mia.rae@moon-mother.com — we'll do our best to intercept before it ships.
