The Activation Ritual

A ritual of restoration, clarity, and making space for what you already know.

1. The Still
Before you open the tin, stop. Just for a second. Put down whatever you were doing. This product doesn't work in a rush — and neither does Jemma's gift. Take one breath in through the nose, out through the mouth. You're here now.

2. The Warm
Scoop a small amount with your fingertip. Hold it there — don't rub yet. Let your body heat soften it. Feel it shift from solid to something that moves. That's the Comfrey and Olive Oil waking up.

3. The Mend
Apply where you need it. Slow circles. Not because it has to be slow — because you deserve the pace. The Cedarwood will ground you. The Clary Sage will clear the noise. Let both of them do their job.

4. The Word
Hold your hand over the area for a moment after. Say it — out loud or just in your chest:
