What makes Moon & Mother different?

Everything here is mine. No middleman, no mass production, no shortcuts. Every small batch is hand-blended in my kitchen because I got tired of buying things that didn't actually work. This started for my family. Now it's yours too.

Who are Jack, Jemma, Jordyn, and Phoenix?

My four kids. The whole reason I do any of this. Every product I make is something I'd put on their skin first. That's my standard and it doesn't move.

What goes into your products?

I pull from nature — botanicals, raw butters, pure oils. Mango butter, white beeswax, jojoba, shea. No fillers, no shortcuts. Every product is also made with crystal intention because that's just how I work and who I am.

Are these products medicine?

Legally, no. But they're botanical remedies and ritual tools built to move you out of routine and into something that actually feels like yours.

How do I know if a product is right for my skin?

Patch test. Inside of your wrist, 24 hours. Even the best things from the earth can be strong. Go slow. I'd rather that than a bad experience.

How long do they last?

No harsh preservatives means you use them fresh. Most salves and oils are good for 6–12 months. Keep them cool and dark, away from sunlight. Treat them like something alive — because they basically are.

Can I try before I commit?

I don't always have standalone samples but I tuck extras into orders when I can. Watch for discovery sets when I drop them.

What's your return policy?

Small batch and personal means I can't take back opened products. But if something arrives wrong or damaged, reach out. I'll make it right.

How do you ship?

I pack and ship everything myself. From my hands to your door.

What is The Catalyst Reading?

It's a tarot reading I pull personally for you. Not a computer. Not a script. Me, the cards, and whatever energy is moving around you right now. I draw your cards, sit with them, and write you something real — something you can actually use as a next step, not just a vibe check.

Is the reading in person or remote?

Remote. You don't have to be in the same room for this to work. Energy doesn't care about distance. You'll receive your reading digitally — I'll reach out after your order to get what I need from you.

How long does a reading take and how is it delivered?

I don't rush these. Give me a few days to sit with your cards properly. You'll receive your reading in writing — detailed, personal, and yours to keep.

Do I need to believe in tarot for it to work?

No. You need to be open, not convinced. The cards don't require your belief. They just require your honesty about where you are right now.

What are the Pillar Smoke incense sticks made of?

Hand-dipped in small batches. Each stick is infused with Celestial Water and charged under the moon on a grid of Amethyst and Pyrite before it leaves my hands. No mass production. No shortcuts. Same standard as everything else I make.

How many sticks come in a bundle?

Each single Pillar bundle comes with 10 sticks. The Sampler Pack has 6 sticks — one from each Pillar so you can find your scent before you commit. The Pick 3 Bundle is 30 sticks total. The Full Lineage is all six Pillars, 60 sticks.

How long does each stick burn?

Roughly 45–60 minutes per stick depending on airflow. Burn them slow. That's the point.

Are they safe for indoor use?

Yes — burn in a ventilated space, use a proper holder, and don't leave them unattended. If you have respiratory sensitivities, start with a short burn and see how your body responds. I'd rather you know that upfront.

How are the crystals in my order chosen?

By hand. By feel. By me. I don't scoop crystals randomly — I hold them, feel which ones belong together, and choose the ones that are meant for the person on the other end of that order. Every Magickal Market order also includes a handwritten note from me explaining which crystals are in your bag, what they carry, and what I felt when I chose them for you. Because you deserve to know what you're holding and why it found you.

Is the work already done when I receive my order?

Yes. When something leaves The Magickal Market and arrives in your home, in your hands, in your spirit — the intention is already woven in. I have already been there. You are not starting from nothing. You are stepping into something I have already poured myself into completely. All you have to do is receive it.
